Errors should become easier to see, not easier to hide.
How to request a correction, how evidence is reviewed, which changes receive a public note, and how disagreements are handled.
Point to the exact claim and evidence, then follow a clear review path.
Requesting a correction
Send the page URL, the exact statement, why it is wrong or incomplete, and the strongest available source. Personal preference or commercial disagreement is not by itself evidence of error.
Review
The editorial desk checks the cited source, the original context, publication date, and whether the change affects the reader’s decision. Relevant authors, reviewers, data owners, or named organisations may be contacted.
Publication
Material factual errors are corrected with a dated note explaining what changed. Minor spelling or formatting fixes that do not alter meaning may be made without a note. We do not silently rewrite a conclusion to satisfy a commercial party.
Contact
Use the contact form and select Correction. Keep sensitive evidence out of the form; the team will arrange a suitable route if needed.
